Terms and cancellation policy
These terms govern booking, payment and cancellation of a stay at Villa Klein. By booking, you confirm you have read and agree to them.
Booking and confirmation
Bookings are made via the Previo Reservation+ booking system. Confirming a booking creates an obligation to pay the price of the stay.
Price and payment
A deposit of 50% of the reservation price is due within 3 calendar days. The balance is due no later than 7 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 7 days before arrival, the full price is paid immediately.
Cancellation
14 or more days before arrival: no cancellation fee. 7–13 days before arrival: 50% of the total price. 0–6 days before arrival: 100% of the total price. No-show: 100% of the total price. Group reservations and exceptionally requested dates may have different conditions.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am. The stay is self-service — access is provided by SmartKey after completing online check-in and full payment.

Details of house operation, night quiet and stay rules are set out in the house rules, available to guests on a separate page.
Complaints and liability
Complaints must be raised without delay during the stay. The guest is liable for damage caused to the property. Villa Klein is not liable for guest belongings left in the room.
