Reservation
The guest creates a reservation via Previo.
Confirmation
A booking confirmation is received.
Online check-in
Before arrival, the guest completes online check-in in the Alfred system.
SmartKey
After full payment and completed details, the guest receives access information and SmartKey.
Arrival
From 3 pm, self-service check-in is possible.
Departure
On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 11 am.
Access details
Access details are issued only after full payment of the stay, completion of online check-in and submission of the data required by law.
Two entrances
Rooms no. 1–7: entrance to the historic wing of the villa. Rooms no. 8–10: rear entrance to the separate tourist wing.

Digital host

Children and family stays
Families with children are welcome at Villa Klein. For stays with children under 6, the family room with kitchenette and the rooms in the separate tourist wing are designated. The historic rooms no. 2–7, due to their more sensitive furnishing and the preserved character of the villa, are intended for adults and children from 6 years. We will be happy to recommend the most suitable room based on the age and number of children.
Children's rates

- Children 3–5 years300 CZK per night
- Children 6–12 years400 CZK per night
- Guests 13+ yearsAdult rate
Children aged 0–5 can only be accommodated in room no. 1 or in rooms no. 8–10. Children from 6 years can be accommodated in all rooms.
Payment and cancellation terms
Deposit of 50% of the reservation price. Deposit due within 3 calendar days. Balance due no later than 7 days before arrival. For reservations made less than 7 days before arrival, the full price is paid immediately.
Cancellation
14 or more days before arrival: no cancellation fee. 7–13 days before arrival: 50% of the total price. 0–6 days before arrival: 100% of the total price. No-show: 100% of the total price.
Group reservations and exceptionally requested dates may have different conditions.
