We process your first and last name, email, phone number, details required for online check-in (e.g. identity document number) and payment details. You provide this data voluntarily when booking and checking in.
Purposes and legal basis
We process data to conclude and perform the accommodation contract, keep the guest book in line with applicable law, accept payments and communicate about your reservation. The legal basis is performance of a contract, legal obligation and your consent.
Recipients
Your data is shared with the Previo booking system, the Alfred online check-in system and payment service providers, to the extent necessary to perform the contract.
Retention period
We retain your data for the duration of the accommodation contract and for the period required by law for the guest book and tax records.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of and port your data, and the right to object. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).
