The house rules govern the operation of Villa Klein and are binding on guests. Their purpose is a quiet and safe stay for everyone.
Times
Check-in is from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am. Night quiet applies from 10 pm to 6 am.
Self-service operation
The property has no traditional reception. Online check-in must be completed before arrival; access is via SmartKey.
Smoking and fire
Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited throughout the property. Open fire and candles are not permitted.
Pets
A stay with a dog is possible only by prior arrangement. Other animals are not permitted.
Noise and neighbours
Guests respect night quiet and the right of other guests to peace. Noisy activities are not permitted during night hours.
Damage and liability
The guest is liable for any damage they cause. Please report any damage immediately.
