About the Villa
We did not want to turn an old house into a new hotel. We are trying to bring it back to life while preserving what makes it special.
Villa Klein was built in 1913 during the development of the Nový Kamenec villa quarter in Teplice nad Metují. The house bears the hallmarks of its period's architecture. Its interior still holds the original stained glass, the dark wooden staircase, green doors with brass fittings and structured glass.
We carefully connect the history of the house with the comfort of today. In restoring the villa, we want to give the original features space — not cover them with a new layer of design.
